He graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton, School of Law in 1987. While in law school, he was appointed Associate Executive Editor of Dayton Law Review. He published two law review articles. Upon graduation, he was awarded a two-year teaching fellowship at The George Washington University, National Law Center in Washington, D.C.
His law practice is limited to Judgment Collection.
Mr. Begens has worked with Palm Beach Animal Care and Control and Peggy Adams rescuing cats and dogs.
